REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED
Continual digital disruption in the insurance value chain is not a probability, it is a certainty. Survival is now dependent on an organisation’s ability to attract the right audience, understand customer needs intimately and offer differentiated solutions.
Financial services organisations should view digitisation as an opportunity to support their customer value propositions holistically, not merely as an additional distribution channel. Each organisation should include digitisation as a strategic imperative and understand the enabling technologies to support those business objectives.
Join us to learn how insurers are progressing on the path towards digitisation, the capabilities and approach required and the specific steps that need to be taken for a successful digital transformation in your organisation.
