It certainly was a glamorous affair, from spectacular blue and gold decor and fantastic video displays to top performances by Jazz sensation Swing City. Guests were welcomed for registration and refreshing drinks sponsored by AIG, while enjoying network time with fellow industry associates and friends. IIG VIPs gathered for an African storytelling experience, sponsored by Munich Re.

IIG Insights: The reliability of liability


Refreshments and a delicious lunch was served before the session started. MC Justin Brice, IIG Education Councillor, introduced Rene Oefeli from Swiss Re as the keynote speaker. Rene Oefeli, casualty specialist in technical training at Swiss Re in Zurich, Switzerland, delivered an excellent presentation and insights around liability insurance, the delegates were exposed to detail around casualty vs. liability and the difference between the two.
