IRMSA releases Risk Management Salary survey 2017

The Institute for Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) has announced the release of the Risk Management Salary Survey for 2017.

IRMSA has commissioned 21st Century to conduct a customised remuneration and benefits survey for its members (individuals and organisations) within the risk management industry. 21st Century is a highly experienced reward consultancy which specialises in the design and implementation of output-driven reward solutions. With national and international capability, 21st Century is one of the largest reward consultancies in Africa. This survey will be the first of its kind in South Africa for the Risk Management Industry.

The aim of the survey is to provide members with valuable information on remuneration market trends and practices within the risk management environment. By participating, you will have access to the full results once the report has been completed.

This survey is of a detailed nature and specific information is requested,  please ensure to complete the survey before the 10th of March 2017. This survey asks a total of 30 detailed questions.

The information requested in this survey will be kept confidential. The information received is for report purposes only. 21st Century’s business rests on commitment to confidentiality of data. Thus, under no circumstances would any individual and/or organisation member’s information be disclosed to any other participant. IRMSA Associate, CRM Practitioners , CRM Professionals and Fellow Members will be able to claim CPD points upon completion of this survey.

The results of the survey will be announced at the IRMSA AGM on 20 June 2017.  The prize winners will also be announced at this event.

This will also be an exciting time for IRMSA as we will be launching our career portal. Our active members will be able to upload their CV’s for potential employers to search and corporates will be able to load job advertisements.

CORPORATE SURVEY:  IRMSA has also sent out a separate salary survey for Corporates.  Please forward the link below to your HR department to complete in order for us to obtain as much information as possible to provide members with the most detailed report possible. The cut-off date for corporates to complete this survey is the 10th of March.
